• Chief Residents

  • Each year, two third year residents are selected to be co-chief residents for the St Anthony Family Medicine Residency.

Their role is to help with scheduling, run our monthly operational meetings and act as a liaison between the faculty and residents. Our chief residents serve a very important leadership role and help shape the future of our residency.

  • I was born in Dayton, Ohio but moved to beautiful Westminster, Colorado when I was still a toddler. During high Kylieschool, my family moved to Knoxville, Tennessee where I stayed throughout college and medical school. I received my bachelor’s degree from Maryville College: a small, liberal arts school in east Tennessee. During that time, I met my wonderful husband and shortly thereafter we adopted two dogs. After graduation, I immediately started my medical education at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center on the western side of the state in Memphis, Tennessee. I discovered my love for primary care during my third year of medical school, mainly because of the continuity and focus on preventative care for the whole family. With my free time, I enjoy running, reading, experimenting with new recipes, playing with my 2 dogs, enjoying the outdoors with my husband, and finding new restaurants to try. I am beyond excited to continue my training at St. Anthony North in the city where I was raised!
I grew up playing sports right here in beautiful Colorado and continue to love watching all the teams here. Go Broncos Katie and Avs! As a Colorado native, I was lucky enough to get to complete my undergraduate degree at the University of Denver and continue on at Rocky Vista University for my degree of Osteopathic Medicine. My new husband, Ryan, and I were thrilled to get to be a part of the St. Anthony North team and start our new life with our mini goldendoodle puppy, Minion. I am especially interested in integrative medicine, sports medicine and preventative medicine. With my free time I love spending time with my family, going to movies and concerts, and running half marathons.
